This clip is posted to show footage released by the Israeli Defense Forces and aired on Israeli public television. Featured are actual cockpit transmissions from the bulldozer driver to his fellow soldiers and commander, saying he "hit an object" and "I think the object got hit by the dobby (D-9) and he is in a severe condition." His is asked "What about him? You saw him?" and he responds "Yes I saw him, I think he is dead."
As for the rest of the footage shown, in the larger context of the documentary in which it appeared "Rachel: An American Conscience" by Yahya Barakat, a professor at Al-Quds University in Jerusalem, it is more of an artistic juxtaposition between what the ISM was doing that day and the response they recieved from the IDF. The footage is not meant to be viewed as chronoligical evidence but is instead historic footage from that same day mixed in with IDF released footage from the event of Rachel being killed. The only eye-witnesses with video camera equipment running at the time Rachel was killed were Israeli soldiers, any video you see other than the IDF footage is from another time.
